Stony Loam Farm
CSA 2008
Join us for a season of Fresh, Organic Food!
How It Works
CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture". Prior to the season, you purchase a share of our upcoming harvest. Then, from June through October, you’ll come to the farm once a week and pick up your share of organic veggies-- all harvested that day and set out for your selection. You will also have access to our extensive U-pick gardens which include a wide variety of flowers, herbs, peas, beans, cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, edamame, and more.
We choose varieties based on flavor and suitability to our hearty climate. We are a certified Organic farm. You’ll taste the difference. We invite you to stroll the fields, chat with your farmer, pick a bouquet, or just fill up your basket. We’ll also provide you recipes featuring available vegetables and issue occasional newsletters filled with upcoming vegetable arrivals and farm news.
Take Your Pick
Share Size: Choose either a Half-Share, a Small Family Share, or a Large Family Share. A Half-Share is intended for a single person or a couple. The Small Family share feeds 2-3 adults/children; and the Large Family Share feeds 3 or more. All shares allow access to the U-pick gardens and flowers.
2008 UPDATE - we are sold out for this season. If you'd like to be added to the email list for 2009 please use the Contact form. Thank you!
Pick-Up Day: Each week you may pick up your share on either Tuesday or Thursday from 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm.
